Built by engineers. Run by engineers.

Here when something breaks

GP Plasma exists because the vacuum coating industry has too many equipment vendors who sell you a system and too few who understand the process inside it.

Our founding team came out of decades in the trenches — designing systems, developing processes, troubleshooting failures that shouldn't have happened if the equipment had been designed correctly in the first place. We started GP Plasma to do it right.

Why Us

100+ years of combined process engineering experience across PVD, PECVD, ALD, arc, nitriding, and web coating

Exclusive US builder for Tronic Concept (German-designed thin-film PVD systems)

North American representative for Swiss Cluster (ALD/PVD cluster and batch systems)

Owned inline R&D coating facility — Class 10,000 clean room, production-class equipment, available for contract work

UltraDep™ PECVD technology — we acquired the IP from General Plasma Inc., supported and available for integration

Founded 2019. Grown by doing the hard builds others declined
