GP Plasma’s vertical inline coater is now available for contract R&D and coating services. The system can coat flat substrates up to 1 m x 0.5 m x 20 mm or multiple wafers. We have the ability to deposit films via PECVD and Sputtering. The maximum processing temperature in the system is 200C.
